Andre Allen is a founding Principal in the firm. Mr Allen possesses twenty one years experience as a public finance professional. Mr. Allen directs the Structured Products Group and Swap Advisory practice from the Philadelphia office and also serves as an advisor to the City of Detroit, the Prince George’s County Department of Community Development, the City of Baltimore and other municipal clients, as well as not-for-profit organizations.  Prior to co-founding Phoenix Capital Partners, Mr. Allen conducted analysis, structured financings and advised clients during his six-year stint in the Investment Banking Division of A.H. Williams & Co. Inc. Mr  Allen was also a Vice President with Carnegie Morgan where he spearheaded the development of the structured products division.

Mr. Jones has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Economy from Williams College where he earned Dean’s List designation and attended the Law School and The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in the combined Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration Program.

Mr. Williams has more than seventeen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  He has provided management, valuation and real estate consulting services to The Baltimore Development Corporation, as well as several Fortune 100 companies where he has implemented and managed initiatives for both retail and industrial property.  These companies include organizations such as Hines, Archstone, Madison Marquette, DAG Petroleum Company, Hunter Development Company, Starbucks Coffee Company, Shell Oil Company, Exxon Mobil Corporation, World Savings Bank, Bank of America, Bankers First Financial and The Shooshan Company
